Send us your preferred date and time. Once we receive your request we will evaluate our schedule and contact you by e-mail, text or phone to set the day and time you prefer. Please allow 24–48 hours for confirmation. New patients can fill out registration forms ahead of time under Patient Resources.

About Us
General Dentist
Dr. Tsartsidis earned his B.S. in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Boston, then pursued dental education at Temple University School of Dentistry. He brings a contagious smile, sense of humor and positive attitude to patient care, and is a member of the American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society.
Periodontist · CAGS, Cert. Perio, FRCD(C)
Dr. Shainhouse earned his dental degree at the University of Western Ontario and completed specialist training in periodontics and implant dentistry at New York University. With over a decade of clinical experience, he is board certified in both the U.S. and Canada, with fellowships in the American Board of Periodontics and the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Margie has been working in the dental field since 1978 and became a Registered Dental Hygienist in 1995. She delivers thorough cleanings while educating patients on good oral hygiene.
Senior Dental Assistant
Sheri attended Massasoit Community College and is certified in dental X-rays and CPR. In her free time she enjoys fishing, running and spending time outdoors.
Financial Manager
Kait handles insurance billing, talks through financial treatment options, and assists with marketing and technical matters. Off the clock she enjoys time with her husband and 3 kids, working out, scrapbooking and web design.
Our Founder
Dr. Fayerman, originally from Ukraine, made Canton his home. A Tufts University graduate (1993), he opened his first office in Quincy in 1994, moved to Randolph in 2000 and expanded to our current location in 2006. He saw each smile as a work of art and was a member of the ADA, the Massachusetts Dental Society and the South Shore Dental Society.

New and existing patients can fill out forms securely online before their visit, or download the paperwork to bring with you.
We accept cash, personal or company checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Interest-free financing through CareCredit is available, and we arrange customized payment plans case by case.
We file insurance claims as a courtesy; you remain responsible for deductibles and coinsurance, and final copays may vary once your insurer has processed the claim. Full payment by cash or check earns a discount, as does coinsurance over $500.
The greatest compliment you can give us is a recommendation and referral to your friends and family. We show our thanks with an incentive for every referral.

Unpaid balances must be settled within 30 days; afterward, monthly finance charges apply. Accounts unpaid for 90 days without arrangements become delinquent and may be referred to collections.
Please give 48 hours notice for cancellations. Missing an appointment incurs a $50 fee for every half hour missed. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling.
Early morning (8 am) and evening (after 5 pm) appointments require 48-hour cancellation notice; missing twice forfeits guaranteed prime time access.
We provide cost estimates, but final copay amounts may vary once the insurance has processed your claim.
